I'm usually a motivated person but everyone has their off days. HELP ME OUT!!!!!! Any takers?

I spent 40 minutes on the elliptical, 35 on the stationary bicycle, and did biceps and chest today. Got on the scale at 208 today, skinniest I have been in years. You can surely fit a 15 minute abs routine in to your day :-)

Yeah between school full time with work. Its easier to fall off the horse than get back on. It's only been a few days. Ill hit the gym tomorrow. Congratulations on the weight loss. It feels awesome huh?

I definitely have more energy. I have been walking everywhere, grocery store, church, Starbucks. A few miles each way, but I have dropped from 226 the week before Xmas to 208 today.
