Hey guys i have a bad nerve in my back and i messed it up today ... I really dont want to miss,a work out .. But cant really do a whole lot ...,any pointers ?

Some light yoga may help relieve some of your pain and give you a bit of a workout to boot. Just don't over do anything, when you feel pain STOP. Besides that if its in your back you could also try lighter arm and leg movements and see how that feels. Hope you feel better soon!

Take some rest Tina, stop workouts till you feel ok again. Consult a doctor if pain not reduced from 48 hrs.

Thanks guys ... it my sciatic (i kniw that is spelled wrong sorry) nerve and it goes out quite often ... and if i dont do anything it gets worse and end up in the hospital ... i was dumb today and thought i was shera ... moved a heavy tv by myself
