How do u guys keep the motivation up? Ive had the longest day ever u no everything goes wrong and u wana slouch and eat pizza and chocolate... Lol... Help pleasee

Replace a meal with a protein shake, there are lots of great recipies. Two of my favorites are the PB&J (one spoonful of peanut butter goes a long way, and instead of jelly use your favorite type of frozen berry), and the other is peanut butter and chocolate. Have you tried exercising before work? That works well for lots of people. After you form the habit of waking up early, you will likely start enjoying it. Nutritionally, stay away from a lot of processed foods. Think of eating more non starchy vegetables, high quality proteins, and lots of water. You can do it :)
Hey micah to b honest... No... I have like 5 mins spare... Up at 6 and out the house to catch my train at 6.45.... but yh ive heard its better for u right? My weakness is sweeties... N e thing sweet and its a struggle. Lol
After a long day at work I never wanna workout, but I look for workout on here that are 10 min and under so I at least do something

Best time for me would be after work. But the couch and bed look so inviting!
Is it best to worout a few minutes during the days I work and workout for more than an hour on off days?
Should I eat or drink before or after workout?
PICK wonder if there's an app that is like an alarm clock that orders people to workout.....lol
