Man if i knew that the community in this app would be so helpful and supportive, i would've started this a long time ago! I have never been consistent with my physical activity my issue has always been the support. It's nice to hear that you're doing good or a simple 'keep it up!' If anyone is interested let me know! I love to be surrounded by positive energy. Namaste 😌

Guys I hv no stamina 😒 what to do to increase my stamina. I get very less time to workout.

It may sound petty, but take vitamins. Preferably ones that have all the vitamins you need daily. It made such a difference for me when I'm doing my morning run and you get the vitamins you need that you may be missing from your diet. Stay strong! A positive attitude can really make the workout doable :)

Started today with the Beginner BlastOFF!  I usually walk but need to add more cross training and strength training in also. Watch this space. Congrats to all newbies.  😻

Great job, you've already won just by showing up. Most people just talk about change your doing it. I'm not new to training but to this app. I think its great, just remember doing a lil is far better than doing nothing. Good luck.

Keep up the good work Sumi M.  Its always tough at first but once you get used to it, you'll soon find your body looking for tougher workouts.  You can do it!!  You're awesome and no one can take that away from nobody.
