Heyyy any one suffer from insomnia? Any advice on how to get some sleep.?
I also suffer with insomnia! Melatonin helps, it's cheap and non narcotic!
You should try jogging for 20 min then a hot shower and right when ur almost done showering turn the cold water on n the hot off that gets me sleepy

Tire yourself properly throughout the day. You can use jogging, workouts, yoga to do so.but do so empty stomach or 3 hours after eating.

well i do feel dat way wen m tensed or stressed..well what i do is..i jus keep mah eyes shut...n start counting 1..2..3..4.....n so on mentally 'very slowy' n try imagining dat number written on a greenboard..n try to visualize wats written on d board n not to think of nethn els...belive meh i always tried countin til 250 but never made it...i slept before dat..

Hi bhaskar... O good old counting! I am ok falling asleep... Its staying asleep... I just cant manage it! wake up after like every two hours and just cant fall back asleep.
Mm tea just dont wana wake everyone in the house up with the kettle boiling! Lol

My dad was telling me about a study done at Stanford that the average person wakes up (something like) 1200 a night. So if you only remember a few of those you sleep better than average haha. But the solution as silly as it sounds was just to pretend you are asleep. Other things help to of course: turning lights and tv off more than an hour before bed, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day including weekends, and I always like to finish my day with meditation so I don't stress.
Ha ha i like that beg bit! Ok i shall try meditation... I used to do that quite alot but then u get caught up in everyday life and jusy dont have time i shall have to try set aside some time me thinks.

I no right its horrible... I fall asleep ok but the thats it up and awake like 2 hours later.... Stressful with work and home life and never sleeping! I will try out a few things and i promise to let u no if i find a miracle cure lol. Have u ever tried meditation?
Yh lack of sleep is the worst.... And im busy all day long so not like im not active enough to go sleep hmmm yh totally agree with u with the meditation... Everyones dif... But yh at this stage im willing to try anything!
I drink 7 blossom tea, it relaxas me and helps me go to sleep, itd also helps w my anxiety
