Hey dryte thanku!! Yoga sounds good never got round to it. How long do u do it 4?

Try hypothesis apps ;)

Usually just a simple relaxation routine of about 10 minutes. There are some good yoga routines on here, but also check out the free app "daily yoga" which uses more relaxing voice and music than on here. Hope this helps!

Tire yourself properly throughout the day. You can use jogging, workouts, yoga to do so.but do so empty stomach or 3 hours after eating.

My dad was telling me about a study done at Stanford that the average person wakes up (something like) 1200 a night. So if you only remember a few of those you sleep better than average haha. But the solution as silly as it sounds was just to pretend you are asleep. Other things help to of course: turning lights and tv off more than an hour before bed, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day including weekends, and I always like to finish my day with meditation so I don't stress.
