What work outs daily should I do to get a 6 pack in like 4-6 weeks I already do like 150 sit ups a day. ??
So far ur gonna do fine with 150 sit ups daily. To reach some real good results. Try my abs pump up workout. Do it daily and ull see something in 4 weeks. If u want to tone up a real six pack u can do my lower abs 2-3 timea a week along with the abs pump up
