They wont give you ripped abs. You need to hit your abs from different angles. Obliques, lower abs & upper abs. Try to be concience all day about your belly. Try to maintain good posture abs in & slight tight. Do unilateral exercises so you ingage your abs to keep you upright. Whatever you do, DO NOT 4GET YOUR BACK. You have to evenly strengthen both or you can have serious back problems . Train Smart Fight Hard       KGS Fight Team

Oh well, kegals r actually very effective while doing abdominal exercises so u should try it out.

Nice job!haha alot of men don't know kegals r for them too. They just think it's something (they dont know what) women do to tighten up.haha
