How many sets of Kegels do I need to do to get ripped abs?
They wont give you ripped abs. You need to hit your abs from different angles. Obliques, lower abs & upper abs. Try to be concience all day about your belly. Try to maintain good posture abs in & slight tight. Do unilateral exercises so you ingage your abs to keep you upright. Whatever you do, DO NOT 4GET YOUR BACK.
