The scale says i lost a pound since last night i get back on the scale it says im back at my original weight and im not i get back on it says i lost 5 pounds and i keep getting this same number i lost when i retry why?
Your weight can fluctuate up to 10 pounds or so throughout your day, especially if you exercise. This is mostly water weight, which you lose when your exercise and sleep, and gain when you eat and drink. If you want to keep some water weight off, try cutting down your sodium intake. Sodium makes your body retain more water than what may be ideal.
