Are you working out everyday?? How many exercises, hours a day do you work out??

I work out 4 times out of the week I do aerobics & a mile run sit ups push ups & squats my problem is junk food lol Wby?

Wow I'm not sure ill be able to keep up with you;) um well I be meaning to start running ever since the new year started but I just get off work to tired to even try:( so far the only exercise that I've gotten is picking up the leaves at home and mowing the lawn but I seriously need to get my lazy butt to start. What do you say if we do and exercise together right now?? Pick one witch ever one you want.

I just finished that same work out I think I'm done for tonight... They should change it from a moderate workout to an intense one!

You guys should try doing that every night or every morning for 30 days & see the results ima try that as well on top of everything else I'm doing
