Hey guys,

I really want to get my lower body tight and toned but I have a knee problem so doing squats hurt. What do I do?

Any ideas on whats wrong with your knee? You should have it checked out! Try the following exercises: http://www.skimble.com/exercises/926-dumbbell-single-leg-seesaws-how-to-do-exercise http://www.skimble.com/exercises/922-floor-bridge-how-to-do-exercise http://www.skimble.com/exercises/1968-barbell-stiff-legged-deadlift-how-to-do-exercise Since there is limited motion at the knee joint, they are usually pretty good for bum knees. Don't do them if you have pain in the knee joint during the exercise. Keep me updated! Good luck :)

Thanks. I went to the doc once and they couldn't tell me what it was but I think I damaged it when I was younger and very active in sports.
