Which do you think has more benefit playing a sport or just going the gym/working out ???

Sports trigger every muscle in your body, while in the gym the excercise you do isolates your muscles they work on one muscle each excercise while sports trigger a group of muscles

Yes, for me, practising a sport is better than going to the gym, why ? Because you work all your muscles, it's different when you go at the gym, there, you just work one of all your muscles.

If you dont like simething specific, exersice at home. Why do u even bother going to the gym!

I find alot of people who think they are fit but only go to the gym struggle when they come to play competative sport because of the muscle isolation they are used to.
