Playing Sports Alone Make You Lean But Working Out Bulks Up That Muscle You're Training .
I find alot of people who think they are fit but only go to the gym struggle when they come to play competative sport because of the muscle isolation they are used to.
If you dont like simething specific, exersice at home. Why do u even bother going to the gym!
Which do you think has more benefit playing a sport or just going the gym/working out ???
