Going for a hike with my 3 bbys ( my dogs) after wrk..... Guna go for abou hr n half up n down different terrain then get home n do my 100 sit ups.. Cnt wait to get out in the sun... Whats u dude n dudettes plans today??

Had a regularly scheduled day off work today. Worked out five circuits in two sessions recently finishing the second one a few minutes ago. For good measure :D. You're doing great Mrs Q <3

Walking is so nice... Feel its a nice form of exercise... Defo when u can walk through woodland... Very refreshing.. Makes me happy!

Keep it up mrs q!!! I had such a busy day that I was exhausted when I got home. I didnt let that stop me from getting that workout in. Time to get it!

Good,luckly the sun is out to purl me up cause it was one of those days where I could just sleep...at least till noon.lol Who gets to sleep in anymore,is a good question!
