So I need help on toning my stomach. I have never been skinny but since having my baby my tummy has gotten really flabby. How do I tone this up.? Been working on planks and crunches plus my cardio at least three times a week. Is there any way to help the skin tighten? Sorry if this is a dumb question...
You can.. you need to increase your cardio.. and try jogging instead of running.. joghing tends to work more of the mid section and over time the ab outworks will help tighten. Dont forget to give your abs shock treatment.. In otherwords which up the ab routines:)
