Need help please

I'm 17, I'm athletic, I do lot of sports (football, art martial..) my weigh is only 120 lbs, and i'm 1m69 tall, i would like to do approximately 150/155 lbs with only muscles. Gain 30 lbs takes work, so give me some advices, dietary suppliments..
