Does anyone do parkour?
Hey guys I was thinking about gwtting into pakour to help me buld strength stamina and help me out for later for the military I want to join. If anyone does do this please leave me comments tell me how it works out for you.
Hell yea, so much fun, and ever since I started I've seen a huge increase in my stamina, flexibility, and not to mention the confidence boost you get after perfecting the roll or doing something that you thought was impossible before.
So yea I'd definitely recommend starting it up, and its going to take time to get used to it physically (longer mentally) but I'm sure you could do it.
