I've been going to the gym for about a month, and I'm getting frustrated...again.
I live in a major spring break city and I don't feel like being the girl that's covered up while at the beach.
My goal is to be toned up in 30 days, my plan:
30 minutes cardio
AB focused workout
Legs focused workout
Arms and Back
30 minutes cardio
full body stretching
A week of moderate intensity 3 weeks intense.
Anybody know if this will be enough to get me to the beach bod Im going for?
I will be pairing working out with eating healthy, and walking a couple miles a day.
Any suggestions on other things that will help?
