Hi all, started running 5 k every second day. Will put it up to every day for a week or 2 and then 8 k everyday. Also am Doug abs work outs from this app, stomach a bit flatter. And the centre belly fatt slowerly disappearing bUt when I look in the mirror I can't help but think I look Wide Across the stomach then before? Any one else feel this way?
