But I'm coming back strong! Starting a 30 challenge to the some motivation going! I'm doing 100 push ups and 100 sit ups for 30 days reporting in on this post every day when I've completed the challenge daily. I've been out of it for the past 2 years. I always start and stop cause I was so discouraged. Found out it was because I was doing it alone! I've lost 15 pounds so far but I can't do a single push-up or sit-up . That's my challenge. Good luck and welcome back :)
