I really need a push to break the ice, I feel once I see the scale move i'll get myself motivated, Im going to try the water flush for two days, some say is bad some say is good. What do yall think? I've tried it once when I was 240 n never gained tht weight back, (2 days only) tht helped me a lot, is just so hard to started it again.
Dont do it if you gain the weight back. When you start feeling good the weight will come off.
