ツ200 lbs and over wanting to lose by this summer

I really need a push to break the ice, I feel once I see the scale move i'll get myself motivated, Im going to try the water flush for two days, some say is bad some say is good. What do yall think? I've tried it once when I was 240 n never gained tht weight back, (2 days only) tht helped me a lot, is just so hard to started it again.

I WAS 210 ILB and I lost 30 lbs by exercising and changing my diet. I did it within 3 month exercise plan, that I found in a website. My sister and I did it together. You can do it without the flush.

Dont do it if you gain the weight back. When you start feeling good the weight will come off.

Water flush isnt a good idea. If u drink over a gallon of water everyday u can become water toxic. My mom went threw it.
