I've been on Paleo for about over a month now. I cheated today by eating a piece of pizza and 2 mini cupcakes. The rest of my day was overall healthy. I had morning eggs and some tuna. I did the insanity workout maybe a half hour after my half can of tuna. During the workout my stomach started to hurt but I kept going. Now its like an hour later and my stomach hurts even worse. Any ideas why?
