My dancing skill really suck 😜.
So I do jogging,  abs attack n fresh n chop.
Hw much weight u plan to lose ?

Well i weigh about 128 i plan on getting to 105 pounds i want to build muscles. What about you?

I m 51.5kg n my goal is 45kg n tone up butt, arm n abs :)
So do u dance every day? 
How long u dance a day?
Me started a week ago n every day ard 30mins.

I dont know weight by kg but i dance everyday for about an hour and im also learning mma

My weight is 113lbs. I used to weight 99lbs. So my target is 99lb.
I hope to lose within a month.
