It's my second day at LA fitness really working hard. Iv gone b4 with my bf bt now im actually pushing myself harder. I jogged for 30 min,spinned for 25 and than went into the sana for 15 min. After i had a grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries and a tangerine. I feel amazing!!
