Tall/skinny to built/toned advice?

Hey all. Firstpost!

I'm trying to get back into the gym and am looking for advice as far as workouts and lifestyle changes that can get me from 6'4" 165lb to something less... fragile. I've never had weight issues, just not enough muscle weight!

For clarity, Im looking to build considerable muscle and tone it as opposed to building mass.
