What made you want to change?
How much do you weigh now?
& your goal weight/size?

Me? Embarrassing but im 240, just started working out & my goal pant size is 8/10/maybe 12. I want to stay thick & tone it tight.

I look at all these skinny Gurls and they make me feel real fat , and I weigh 172 , my goal is atleast 145 by summer , I want to be a size 5 or 4 I'm about a size 7
