Hi,Im 17 and a guy. I'm 5ft 8 and i want to grow some more.Can anyone suggest any workouts which is appropriate for enhancing growth?

Healthy dieting, stretching, and lots of calcium and vitamin D.
In general height is controlled by your genetics and at your age your pretty much done with puberty and shouldn't be expecting to have any more growth spurts.
But as I said before keep up stretching and working out the core, although you may not grow you can still look taller with good posture.
