I just started working out 3 days ago & i started letting my son do exercizes with me(:

I think im making this a daily for him.. hes so active as it is.

Who else works out with your kiddo(s)?

I just try to not squish my three year old with the big dumbells i use!

I just started as well I'm in 2 weeks strong I like working out with my little guy also he's a year it's so cute he really like doing squats everything else he just pretty much jumps around but I love the bonding time

Ive got a 3 1/2 yr old & a 15 mnth old & they love it also! Today is only day 4 for me but its awesome!

I'm 43 year old. I began to make workout in January. I work 30 minutes for day and my son help me to make the biceps, he is 3 years old and weight 12 kilos.

You go girl! I should start doing that! My boy is 3 1/2 & weighs 60lbs. Hes also 3'7 so hes a big boy... id be built! Lol

My 8 year old daughter joins me every now and then.  Makes me look bad so thankfully not too often :)
