Hey guys im a beginner at this. Ive tried going to the gym before but i lose all motivatuon after a week :\ any tips ?? I weigh 140 & want to get back to rhe weight i was a couple of summers ago at about 110 - 115. I went thru a lot & gained a lot and now since my life is getting better, i want my weight to go back down.

I am in the same boat as you, i am a beginner at this i always lose my motivation on working out but i want to keep my motivation on this and lose as much weight as i can, i don't have a specific goal but i'ma keep exercising until i get to where i want to be!!
