An early night. Caffeine or a combination of the two
Have some protein in the morning find a drink such as the "naked brand" that contains protein.
I use a combination of healthy energy drinks GO, PRO, and Neuro. They have caffeine, but most of it comes from green tea extract. I use GO before a big workout, or when I really need energy. PRO for prolonged energy, like when I am going to run 5 miles. And Neuro is great for clearing that brain foggy feeling, but can also be used as a post-workout recovery drink.
