Every Sunday I have to get up early andI'm usually really really tired! How do you prevent tiredness or what wakes you up in the morning? I already do a 7.5 min workout every morning and that helps for a short time, but not for the whole morning:/

I use a combination of healthy energy drinks GO, PRO, and Neuro. They have caffeine, but most of it comes from green tea extract. I use GO before a big workout, or when I really need energy. PRO for prolonged energy, like when I am going to run 5 miles. And Neuro is great for clearing that brain foggy feeling, but can also be used as a post-workout recovery drink.
