The idea of this forum is to post what you do after a good workout. For example: After working out I take a shower

Wake up walk/run with my daughter to her bus stop for school. Workout! After working out, i have a strawberry, banana shake, shower then clean my place til its time to walk to my daughters bus stop to get her from school. Then its all mommy and daughter time til bedtime. Do it all again the next day.

I would always go to the jacuzzi thingy at my gym... Gives me a complete experience...

I use to smoke a bowl after i worked out, now i just take showers n pass out.

I usually lay on the floor while my kids jump up and down on me haha...unless they r in bed then I eat greek yogurt with rasberrys and instagrahm lol
