okay so i would like to loose 10kg in under 6 months, slimmer body which inlcudes more slimmer and tonned legs andmore arm muscle and some abbs also i want to go to a either a size 6 shorts or 8 and defently loose the thigh fat and replace with muscle only.
My Goals?, hmmmm. To tone, tighten and increase energy for my 4 boys. 3 of which are 2 1/2 yr old triplet boys :) any ideas?
