Heidi (I just followed u) I have triplet boys too, 5 years old. Just wanted to say hi! I am in a contest at work to lose the most % of body weight for $1000 prize. so my goal is just to lose as much as I can in 6 months. Good luck everyone

I wanna tighten my leg muscles and I neeeed I get rid of this belly pooch. Do you know anyway to help? Also I keep bloating whenever night time comes around and I can't figure out why

You should do abs trainibg and running or jogging. It helped me out

okay so i would like to loose 10kg in under 6 months, slimmer body which inlcudes more slimmer and tonned legs andmore arm muscle and some abbs also i want to go to a either a size 6 shorts or 8 and defently loose the thigh fat and replace with muscle only.

For me it would be getting back to my previous weight first, losing the body fat, then toning up and gaining muscle :)

My Goals?, hmmmm. To tone, tighten and increase energy for my 4 boys.  3 of which are 2 1/2 yr old triplet boys :) any ideas?

Look up glychemic diet this is a food bade diet that gives u mad energy while eating healthy n loosing weight !

My goal is to get more body building on my arms and to be able to have more endurence at running which is good for me cause i am long distant. Just get out their and run, it helps alot
