I really need to bed rid of my belly pooch! Also for some reason I bloat at night. Does anyone know why this happens? Please help!

You bloat at night because you are laying down. Gravity redistributes the liquids in your body.

That makes perfect sense thank you! And I'm on a sleeping schedule cause I have problems sleeping so I take prescription medication to fall asleep. Sorry if that's to much info I'm just trying to find answers

Glad to help.  Keep up the good work. Some drugs can affect appetite. They can make you think you are hungry when you aren't.

I take aderal for my ADD and I've lost some weight from that but actually it has helped my metabolism cause I eat a ton of small meals throughout the day

Try to limit it to a maximum of 8 small meals. Six of them should be only protein. Plenty of stuff out in the market. Take a look at: lindora.com, Nashua nutrition.com, and dietdirect.com.

A reason you could be bloating is because you ate dinner late and your body didn't digest the food yet. This happens to me when I eat dinner after 7. Just organize your meal time to before you sleep with a few hours.
