Im about 160lbs .. i wanna get rid of this belly fat (had a baby a while back and never got back inshape ...im fairly in shape .. i jump rope for half hour daily, ab workouts, cardio and eat fairly well.. (i do cheat eat once every two weeks) any advice?? I neeeeed to be in my first bikini this summer!!
I have tried that app. (Along with weight watchers) but i found that i always forgot to log my foods (especially if im chasing kids/dogs) lol
