I got the shake weight yesterday. I was wondering have any of the ladies tried it. And do u think it works?

No I havent tryed it. But I have tryed herbalife. It's a all natural powered shake for weight loss and or bulking or general Health. I dropped approx 5 kilos in two weaks :) I am a indepdant distributer of The products. Herbalife has been a healthy success for millions of people for over 30 years  :)    All tho I haven't tryed your brand of shakes I hope your shake works for you :) Let me know how you go : if you like

My mom lost so much weight because of Herbalife! I've tried the shakes they may smell good but they taste horrible! Definitely not for me!

No im talking about a weight.  It's a weight to tone arms.

I've tried it and it's a really good workout for your arms! Do the.DVD that comes with it or look up other exercises that can be done with it... :-)

Haven't tryed that. Nether, for arms I just do small weights and pylaties
