How do i get motivation how do i get the time to exercise when my house is full of people 24/7. Im the smallest but skinniest person here i have no muscles at all what do i do?

I cant i have a six month old baby plus my sisters two kids to watch since she wont watch them

Join a gym. Go running / swimming. Things out of the house! :) and this app is on your mobile so take it any where. To a beach to a park :)
