Feeling good about the outside starts with feeling good on the inside. Feeling healthy overall can greatly effect how you feel about your appearance and how much confidence you have. Taking care of yourself first and making sure you're setting aside quiet time for you is great for feeling good about yourself. Always remind yourself that you're worth reaching your life goals and most importantly if you were supposed to look like someone else, act like someone else or weigh the same as someone else you would not have been born you!

Quick question, I don't know how to start start a different forum to ask this but how do u loose belly fat??

Its really simple in fact..dnt look at others body..focus on UR ideal weight n how you want ur body to be..ur goal..believe in yourself..everyones unique
