Hey guys n dolls... How r we doing??
Ok i need to loose like a stone in 4 wks!? I no struggle.. Any advice?

I just weighted and I lost 6 pounds so far and it hasn't been 2 weeks yet. This app is amazing with so many workouts to choose and create. Best wishes..

Well if u worked out for an hour 5 days out the week that adds up too only 3% of your week. So its not all excercise. Diet is key. If you watch your saturated and transfat intake, remove all process food, intake more fiber (dont forget your oats ;-)), eat keep your protein consumption equivalent to your body weight in grams (e.g. if you weigh 150=150g of proteim at least). So keep an eye on your nutrition facts. Dont consume all the diet sweetners (corn syrup, maltodextrose, sucralose,aspartame just to name a few). Our bodies arent designed to dissolve...

The best way is to cut your caloric intake by about 100 calories a day. Skip strength training for now, at least in excess, and focus on doing cardio. Eat clean and healthy and avoid excess animal fats. Instead incorporate healthy fats like olive oil and avocado into your diet. You'll shed it in no time, best of luck xoxo

Sweat sweat sweat. Run in a sweatshirt for the last week and cut out all salt. Dont do it forever because your body does need those neutrients but it will get you picture/reunion night/important thing ready and really show off the muscles you have.

50 %protein 30% healthy fats 20% carbs in morning and about 60mins of cardio a day plus body weight exercises and mad water . keep your calories around 1200 to 1500 and multivitamin plus fish oil and stretch/have fun
