Need help!!

I'm 28. 5'1 159 lbs. I want to be at least 145 lbs.. I can't stay focused or motivated. I do really good for a while and start slacking and over eating. I want to loose mainly in my midsection.

I'm getting married soon so I want to loose enough before getting married.

Dont look at the scale to much. Get a cloth measuring tape and measure your whole body then make note of it in a journal. Keep doing it regularly so you can see how far youve come to keep yourself motivated. Also take before and after pics those work wonders! And maybe put pictures of your dream dress into it to.
