What's your goal?

I just want to lose some weight like 3-4 kg :-) I practice skate :) and one week ago started doing exercises from here, but it was like 2-3 days and now I dont know i feel desmotivated, how can I motivate to continue doing this exercises ?

Well select the workout that is fun to do and meets your need. Be active on community and find a workout buddy
