I just want to lose some weight like 3-4 kg :-) I practice skate :) and one week ago started doing exercises from here, but it was like 2-3 days and now I dont know i feel desmotivated, how can I motivate to continue doing this exercises ?

I would like to loose about 10-15 lb but in my day I don't have enough time so it takes away from other things.

Well select the workout that is fun to do and meets your need. Be active on community and find a workout buddy

The first time you weigh yourself without that dreaded 2 at the beginning of the number is a fabulous feeling. Keep at it and you'll be there before you know it ;)
