It's good to feel sore and stuff but if you physically can't do it , stop for a break ... But never give up , your body just needs to adjust to your new workout

My body hurts so much after an excise and i feel sick to my stomach,is it normal that i feel that way and what should i do to feel better.a part of me wants to quit because of the pain and sick feeling

Depends on your initial level of health. May I suggest a doctors visit to make sure you have no underlying health risks. If so a doctor may tell you to ease into working out gradually. Otherwise, have you eaten recently before your workout? Or had too much water? Bloating can make you feel sick. I suggest eating a small meal approx 2 hours before if you need to eat, and only sip tiny amounts of water as you work out to stay hydrated. Also overheating can be an issue. If your body gets too hot you may feel sick and/or...
