As we all have busy schedules. I just want to know what pushes people over and makes them get up and go. I need some motivation to keep going. And I also wonder if you guys do more workouts in the AM or PM
I have a motivation wall in my room. Have friends and family post something inspirational on your wall and add a few of your own. Every time you feel low just read a few posts.
