I'm trying to improve the muscle definition on my abs, bum and thighs. Any tips on the best way to particularly target toning those areas would be great
Thanks Anthony I've been exercising for about 3 years now - I started off on dvds (Jillian Michaels and Jari Love are my favourites) and felt brave enough to start classes at my local gym in January, which have been great for improving overall fitness and strength, particularly upper body, but I seem to have reached a plateau where is comes to noticeable muscle definition on my abs, bum and thighs. I'll check out those workouts you recommended.
