eat protiens n carbs....no harm in eating bt wrkout regularly good luck
there are different types of protien shakes if u r intrested i cn suggest few
Try eating a small meal (200-300 calorie) every 3 hours.. make the first 2 or 3 meals containe more protine & carbs so that it can give u energy to workout harder..
then make the last 2 meals lighter(no complix carbs..like bread or pasta or rice..etc)
BTW,the protine shakes help repair muscles..drike whey protien post workout(30min after) it ill make u feel better

i get the family food problem..just try to cut off the complix mixed food that containe fats &carbs from diffrent ingrediants(like a lasagna past or pizza) the crust will containe butter or oil- the sauce have oil-the topping meat have another type of fats..so the stomach will have a hard long time separating each then digest..which will give ur body enough time 2 store the e
im more into shaks & smothies( semi vegan)..but u can check out this site for food recipes & workouts
