Cardio for hockey

Hey everyone. So I am really upset because I have very little cardio. When in a practice, I try to go hard but I can't... Can anyone tell me how to improve my cardio? Thanks :)😞

I have asthma so I need to help doing my cardio. What I found for me to work that has not only improved my cardio but also my asthma. 
Jog in place.
Jumping jacks
Butt kicks
Mountain climbers 
Step ups
Squats
Ski hops
Shuffle punches
Jumping rope
I would do of of them every day and it worked for me. I hope it works for you. Good luck with hockey.

I play hockey aswel! But I find that I can just run for ages, but I always mega feel the burn the next day like I can hardly walk
