What's up Peeps! Help me decide If I should join the gym or workout at home. As for now, I am workout at home by using my body weight and sometimes using weights. My workouts usually last 20 minutes from 2 - 3 times a week. I am leaning torwards getting a gym membership. I think it will push me to workout more frequently since I will be paying for the membership and can play basketball indooors. See below my pro's between Gym membership and Home gym:
GYM Membership Pros:
*Paying $34 (encourge me to get my money worth)
*Indoor Basketball court
Home Gym Pros:
*Save $36 that would have spent on a gym membership.
*Use savings to by New clothes.
Which one should I pick GYM Membership or Home GYM??
Are you working out in the GYM or Home GYM??

Its a personal choice. I pay £20/month gym membership - like to get my moneys worth and go 3times each week. So far so good, ive been consistent since june.

I notice on your profile that you also do workouts using workout trainer.
So you workout 3 times in the gym but how often do you workout using workout trainer??
When im away and cant get to the gym, or when im pushed for time, or when i feel stressy and need to keep away from food...
I do my best work at gym though.

Love my home gym. Elliptical, weight bench, exercise ball, TV for workout videos, sound system.
It just works for me. I don't like to deal with the gym. I don't want to wait for equipment, get hit on by creepers, or see naked old ladies in the changing room (good for them though). It's harder for me to make excuses if all I have to do is go upstairs.
I had a membership,i just cancled it. I have a bunch of workout dvds and some weights at home.right now i have no time for the gym. And i have everything here to lose weight,i did it once i can do it again.good luck with what ever you do.
