It is not a once a year holiday, but instead, we should live in constant gratitude. Let's list what we are grateful for every day for 30 days and see what the outcome will be.

Day 1
I am thankful for the food on my plate, the energy from working out, my increasing good health, and a friend that I feel comfortable enough to confide in.

Day 2
I am thankful for the gym at my apartment complex, the healthy breakfast I eating with some tasty coffee, and the book that I am reading.

Day 3
Today I am grateful for: I was dealing with lock jaw (TMJ) but I was able to play saxophone today for almost an hour and it still feels great. I got on the scale today and had lost a few pounds, and I am down to 15% body fat. I had a delicious dinner. And I have been enjoying the book I am reading.
