For myself I personally do some things to motivate myself.
1. Set motivated quotes as mobile wallpaper.😊
2. Like/subscribe most popular gym quotes facebook pages, then you will get regular posts from that pages and your fb walls will be filled only by motivated quotes.

No one will motivate you better  than yourself.😻

Basically I'm wanting to lose 18 pounds in the next 2 months.
ITS SO DIFFICULT!
I need some sort of motivationcos at the minute, I have none.
I have no self control when it comes to food, I know I shouldn't eat certain things and I feel so bad when ive eaten it, but I cant seem to stop myself because I dont feel like ill ever be able to lose the weight anyway.
I have 2 months to make this happen!
I want to change my lifestyle to make me HAPPY!
Anyone who can help me, id be so grateful.

One thing I find helpful is surrounding yourself with other healthy-minded people that can help motivate you. If you can't work out together at least stay in touch and let each other in on your workouts and stats.
