P90x: Ab Ripper X and Autumn Abs..the two best around here,good luck..and If you want to get abs,be regular and dnt forget rest days

Ha ha I get that a lot, nothing is " fast". I'll advise that you do full body workouts, sit ups on a decline bench with a weight, a 25 should be good for u
