Hello..i m trying everything possible to loose fat..but one thing i m confused about is how to workout whether to do only cardio or only weight training or both n how much?
I start with rowing as a warm up, some interval jogging to get me going, then hit weights. Finally some less intense cardio and stretches before home.
Cardio is best for fat burning, but muscle helps you burn more calories hence the strength training too. Just keep mixing things up. Keep active and dont get bored!

Im no expert and i dont know your ability ive slowly built my routine over time. 5mins/1000m on rower gets me warmed up but sometimes i double that for a change. With weights the last 2 should be difficult but still keep good form, i aim for about 12reps. Just start slow, see where it takes you. Have fun and dont over think things!
Thanks for ur advice...i'll try dividing my workout time so i cud include stretching,weights etc.
