I am having problem of manage my time in doing my workout because due to school and my sleep is very off. Any suggest to get back right. I want workout three times four days a week..

I work nights, and go to school in the mornings. I plan to work out every other day, or when I get the chance. Since your trying to get into a groove I would stay start slow. Do one/two work outs a day then increase as you go along.
